2‑Year Genetic Health Guarantee

Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from life‑threatening genetic conditions for two years from birth.

Covered conditions include:

Severe congenital heart defects
Life‑threatening liver or kidney defects
Serious neurological or structural genetic disorders

What’s Not Covered

Parasites
Minor hernias
Luxating patella (unless Grade 3–4)
Hypoglycemia
Illnesses caused by improper care, injury, or neglect

Vet Check Requirement

You must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup.

If a Genetic Condition Is Found

You may choose:

Refund OR replacement (your choice)
Refund amount will not exceed purchase price
Replacement puppies come from the next available litter
