Welcome to Maple Cuddle Pups. By joining our waitlist, placing a deposit, or purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following terms.

We raise our puppies in a loving, family environment with a focus on health, temperament, and early socialization. We provide honest communication, lifetime support, and a smooth adoption experience.

You agree to:

• Provide proper veterinary care
• Maintain vaccinations and deworming
• Feed high‑quality food appropriate for small‑breed puppies
• Provide a safe, loving home
• Follow any care instructions we provide

• A $500 deposit is required to reserve a spot on our waitlist.
• Deposits are refundable until puppies reach 2 weeks old.
• If we identify a health concern in the litter, you have 48 hours from notification to request a refund.
• Full payment is due at pickup.

We use a hybrid matching system:

• Pick order is based on deposit date
• We match puppies to families based on temperament
• Families may decline a match
• Families may skip litters

We do not use your information for anything unrelated to Maple Cuddle Pups.

• We do not store payment information (we don’t process payments directly)

Your information stays with us.

We use secure systems and industry‑standard safeguards to keep your information safe. Only authorized members of our team can access it, and only for the purposes listed above.

You can unsubscribe from our emails or text updates at any time. Just click “unsubscribe” in any email or reply “STOP” to any text message.

If you ever want your information removed completely, just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
